Don't miss this one

Transurfing IV begins with a discussion about the origin of intention. Vadim suggests that the goal and meaning of any being's life is self determination. This intention lies at the centre of every creature's behaviour. One may also interpret this as effort to control reality. At the core of Transurfing is the fundamental precept that we don't make things happen; we don't make our reality in the way most people who talk along these lines suggest or infer. Forcing events to go our way is tiring and wasteful in energy consumption and stress - and do not often obtain the results we wanted. In Transurfing, we simply choose our path. We don't wish, we just take what is ours to have.
Volume IV fills in the gaps, so to speak, of the first three volumes. For instance, within we are reminded that shifting life tracks requires that we wake up. That we stop sleeping awake.
Our work lies within ourselves - a relentless effort to Be Here Now as Ram Dass put it some years ago. It is presence, observing the doing and knowing that it is just doing. Treat events like you are just observing your own play acting. "Rent yourself out" as Vadim calls it. Why? In this book we learn that staying awake and observing is necessary to avoid the driving force that keeps us on a path. We find the secret that we have so little success in changing our reality because the force holding us to the grindstone is unconscious and external to our psyche. We learn quite a lot more about pendulums and how to avoid getting lost in their energy which they derive from our energy imbalance. Re-enforced is the warning that we cannot control a pendulum.. One must either drop interest in it or start one of our own by being utterly ourselves. My friend from California would say "Be who you are and not who you aint."
In the second half of the book, Vadim explains a little more clearly, how we obtain insight. One very interesting point is his comment on the brain. Evidently, it has been proven that the brain cannot physically hold all of our past thoughts and experiences as accumulated information. So, he suggests that the information is actually, along with all events past, present and future, held in the space of variations. Although the brain doesn't hold it, the brain can access it somewhat, as an analogy, like a computer fetching instructions and data from memory. "All scientific discoveries and masterpieces of art are obtained from the space of variants through the medium of the soul."
Statements like the one above are what makes Transurfing such a challenging and thought-provoking subject. I so wish I could read and understand Russian. If you liked the first three volumes, you'll find this one well worth reading.

The five book series talks about quantum mechanics, in daily life. This is a very interesting subject. I found his books mentioned in The Key to The Secret: How to Manifest from the Heart, and got them. These books are easy to understand, but difficult to describe until you read them. It is like hearing a fascinating story, following all the details, but knowing only the outcome when the story finishes. He uses many practical examples to illustrate his ideas. He promises that if you read all 5 books, your world will be different, and better. Mine has changed as a result of reading these. Matrix Energetics: The Science and Art of Transformation would also be helpful to unravel these books. Mis principios (Spanish Edition) is by Emilio Duran, who also cites mecanicas cuanticas, Quantum Mechanics ideas in daily life. The Reality Creation Technique is another approach to this. Seven Life Lessons of Chaos: Spiritual Wisdom from the Science of Change would also be useful.

This is translated from the Russian, so it is not quite idiomatic. It is still very readable. I'm sure it is very profound in Russian, but I don't read Russian. The author is basically discussing Quantum Mechanics[QM] in a very simple way, which can be applied to daily life. This book covers intent, yes, in this book particularly it covers how to influence your world. You see this in the title. I would recommend reading the whole series, in sequence, as the author recommends. I read these books like a detective novel, as fast as I could go, soaking up every word. In some areas, I had to read them 2-3 times to understand them, but the book was still very interesting. The book is fascinating. The positive things the other reviewers say are all true. QM is not easy to understand, but once you get into it, it is a lot of fun. It really is. If you want to see other applications of QM, Matrix Energetics: The Science and Art of Transformation, House of Shattering Light: Life as an American Indian Mystic, Quantum Power Questions, and The Secret of Instant Healing are all useful. QM now is life changing, just as Newtonian Physics was in its day. It is a major paradigm shift, and once you climb the learning curve, it makes life fun! A lot of fun. Journey to the Ancestral Self: The Native Lifeway Guide to Living in Harmony with the Earth Mother (Bk.1) is another book worth being aware of.
